Shipping & Delivery Information

All Sugga Bakes orders are baked fresh to order and shipped with care. Please note that all items are preorders, and there is a maximum 72-hour (3-day) processing window between the time your order is placed and when it is shipped. This allows us to bake, cool, package, and prepare each item properly for safe transit.

We ship orders weekly, Monday through Wednesday. Any order placed will ship within the 72-hour timeframe and always within one of these designated shipping days.

Shipping Options

At checkout, customers may choose between:

  • Overnight Priority Shipping

  • Standard Priority Shipping (typically 1–5 business days)

Important:
Selecting Overnight Priority Shipping means your order will be shipped overnight once it leaves our facility—not overnight from the moment the order is placed. Your order will ship overnight from the fulfillment date within the 72-hour processing window, and only on our active shipping days (Mon–Wed). No orders are held for later dates unless specified by the customer.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, it is fully in their control. Sugga Bakes is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or damaged packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Please be sure to enter your address accurately, including apartment numbers, building info, and correct zip codes, to avoid any delivery issues.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We encourage customers to monitor their package directly through the carrier for the most accurate updates.

Important Notice for Brooklyn, NY Customers

Due to repeated USPS delivery issues resulting in lost or mishandled packages, we are no longer able to ship orders to Brooklyn, NY through postal carriers. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

We are able to offer direct door delivery within Brooklyn when possible. If you would like to request delivery to a Brooklyn address, please complete the form below. We will review your submission and follow up to confirm whether delivery is feasible based on scheduling and location.
