At the heart of every cookie we bake, there's a story inspired by the legacy of my Papa. Growing up in the countryside of Monroe, North Carolina, he had a deep love for westerns-those timeless tales of rugged landscapes, cowboy spirit, and bold adventures. In honor of his memory and the joy he found in those classic films, we’ve named each of our cookies with a western flair. For the best experience, we recommend heating your cookies upon arrival to restore that fresh out of the oven softness! Simply heat them for 3-6 seconds in the microwave, or 3-5 minutes in a preheated oven. This is especially helpful if your cookies have been exposed to colder temperatures during transit, as it may affect their texture.
For flatter cookies, enjoy them at room temperature or warm them up to your preference.
For thicker cookies, reheating is highly recommended to achieve the perfect, soft and chewy texture. Enjoy every bite just as if they were baked fresh!
Storage: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the same packaging they are shipped in for 2-4 days. For longer storage refrigerate them for up to 1 week and follow heating tips.
Since we don’t use preservatives, we recommend enjoying your cookies within a few days for the best flavor and freshness.
